This is me

Table tennis is my absolute passion – and has been since I was eight years old. As a junior I had the pleasure of winning the Berlin championship several times, and today I play actively in the Oberliga with a TTR rating of around 2130. Alongside my studies in industrial engineering I pursue this passion with full commitment. You may also know me from the YouTube channel TT-Test, where I regularly put all kinds of table tennis equipment through its paces.

The search for consistency

Years of experience and countless equipment tests have made one thing very clear to me: the way table tennis rubbers are glued onto the blade is absolutely decisive for playing quality. With the classic dry gluing method there are simply too many variables affecting the outcome – from the exact amount of glue to the variable drying time. If the rubber comes under even the slightest tension while you roll it on, that immediately changes the properties of the material, and the same rubber plays a little differently every time. Achieving consistent results with dry gluing is almost impossible. I wanted to solve that problem and finally bring more reliability to the gluing process.

My solution: the CERACRAFT rubber press

That is exactly what drove me to develop the CERACRAFT rubber press. It makes the ideal wet gluing method straightforward for anyone to use at home. Without the manual pressure of rolling the rubber on, no tension builds up in the sponge. Instead, the press delivers constant, high pressure that creates a full-surface and particularly strong bond between blade and rubber. The result: maximum ball feel, direct contact and noticeably more precise feedback – and above all: again and again and again! Never another bad playing feel because of a badly glued rubber!

Quality from Berlin

I make the rubber press in Berlin, with a great deal of attention to detail. The highest quality and careful workmanship – “Made in Germany” – come first for me. Thanks to a modern design, innovative manufacturing methods and robust material, the press is not only highly functional through optimised force distribution, but also extremely durable. My goal is to put a reliable tool in the hands of ambitious players and professionals that noticeably improves the way they glue.
