How long will it take to receive my order?
Because every one of our rubber presses is made individually in a high-quality production process, processing times can vary slightly depending on how many orders are in the queue. We do our best to ship every order within five working days.
How long does shipping take?
We ship with DHL. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days. International shipments can take correspondingly longer.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Simply contact us using our contact form. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
