Shipping policy
Where we ship We deliver to Germany, to every country in the European Union and to Switzerland. If you live somewhere else and would like a delivery, just get in touch through our contact form – we can usually find a way.
Shipping costs Shipping is charged at a flat rate on top of the product price:
- Germany: €3.19
- European Union (incl. Austria): €11.90
- Switzerland: €16.90
Outside Germany a minimum order value of €30 applies. The final amount is shown to you at checkout before you complete your order.
Import charges No import duties or customs fees apply within the European Union. For deliveries to Switzerland, the recipient pays 8.1 % import tax plus Swiss Post's customs clearance fee (CHF 13 plus 3 % of the goods value). Both are only levied once the total reaches roughly €65 and then usually come to CHF 19–25. Below that amount, normally nothing is charged.
Carrier We ship with DHL. For deliveries within Germany you receive a tracking number by email as soon as we hand the parcel over, and you can follow your shipment at any time. For deliveries to the EU and to Switzerland we ship without tracking to keep the cost down.
Delivery times Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–5 working days. Within Germany, delivery then takes 2–4 working days. To the European Union it usually takes 4–8 working days, and to Switzerland correspondingly longer because of customs clearance.
Damaged or lost shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us straight away at info@ceracraft.de. We will sort out a solution as quickly as we can.
